GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALES

2. Products
Marbled papers and objects are handmade. Each piece is unique and may present slight variations in colour or pattern. Product photos and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding. The SELLER reserves the right to modify the website content and product prices at any time. Changes do not apply to orders already confirmed.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros, VAT included.
Shipping fees are specified before order confirmation.
All orders must be fully paid before shipment.
Payment is made through the methods offered on the website (card, PayPal, bank transfer).

Taxes and import duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, the CLIENT is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and local VAT applicable in the country of delivery. These costs are not included in the sales price or the shipping fees indicated on the website.

4. Delivery and risks
Orders are prepared and shipped within the timeframes indicated to the client.

• Stock items: shipped within a maximum of 7 business days.

• Made-to-order items: shipped within 2–3 weeks, depending on the workshop’s workload.

• Mixed orders: shipped in one parcel once all items are available.
  No partial shipments will be made, unless agreed in writing.

Products are carefully packaged. Risk remains with the SELLER until effective delivery to the CLIENT, in accordance with European law.

In case of visible damage upon receipt, the CLIENT must immediately notify the carrier and inform the SELLER within 48 hours to enable a claim.
If the CLIENT chooses a carrier other than those proposed by the SELLER, the risk transfers to the CLIENT once the goods are handed over to that carrier.

 

5. Right of withdrawal

• Stock items: the consumer has 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal without justification. Return costs are borne by the client. • Made-to-order or customised products: pursuant to Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, these items are not subject to the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

6. Legal guarantee
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Belgian and EU law.
Any defect must be reported within 2 months of discovery. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.

 

7. Liability
The SELLER’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.
The SELLER cannot be held responsible for indirect damages or those resulting from misuse of the products.

 

8. Data protection (GDPR)
Personal data collected are used only for order processing and communication with the client.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the client has rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability of their data.

No data will be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

 

9. Applicable law and disputes
These conditions are governed by Belgian law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction.
